Creating an Account

Creating an account at homeandgardenparty.com is quick and easy. Once you create an account, you will be able to place orders and subscribe to special offers and promotions. When you create an account we will ask for your name, e-mail, as well as shipping and billing addresses.

If you do not have an account yet, don’t worry. You will be able to create your account when you are ready to check out.

Managing Your Personal Information

For your convenience, we store your name and your contact information with your account. If this information changes, you can update it at any time. Simply, log into your account, open the “My Information” page and update any of the available fields.

If you would like to change your e-mail address, your password or your security question, log into your account, click on the “Login Information” link and complete the form.

Tracking Your Orders

You can review the status of any order you have placed by logging into your account and clicking on the “Order History” link. As soon as the order is placed, you will be able to view the status of your order, a list of items on your order, order total, shipping address and payment information. When your order ships, you will also see tracking numbers for your order.

Printing Receipts

Your order history includes detailed information about each of your orders. Select an order to display order information on the screen. You can print that web page to create a paper receipt.

Recovering Your Account Password

For your security, your account information is protected with a password. If you forget your password you have two convenient ways of recovering it through the H&GP web site. First, when you create your account, we will ask you to select a security question and provide an answer to that question. If you forget your password but remember the answer to your security question, you will be able to recover your password immediately.

If you cannot remember your password and cannot remember the answer to your security question, we can e-mail you your password to the e-mail address that you had provided.

If you cannot remember your e-mail address or no longer have access to your e-mail address, you can create a new account using a different e-mail address.
