Placing an Order

Reviewing items in your shopping cart

When you are ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you have placed into your shopping cart. You can add, remove, or adjust the quantity of items in your cart at any time. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the checkout button.

Logging in or creating an account

If you shopped at homeandgardenparty.com before, you will be able to log into your existing account with your e-mail address and password. If you are new to H&GP, you will be able to create your new account quickly and easily. We will ask for your name, e-mail, shipping and billing addresses and some other basic information.

Paying for your order

After confirming your shipping and billing information, you will see your order total, including handling fees and sales tax. At this point, you will be able to choose how to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club cards. In addition, you may use an H&GP Gift Card to pay for your order. Your Gift Card balance will be applied to your order total. If your Gift Card balance does not cover the total cost of your order or if you purchase items that cannot be paid for with a Gift Card, we will charge the remaining amount to your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged if you are able to pay for the entire order with your Gift Card. Please refer to the Gift Cards page for additional help on using your Gift Card.

Choosing an H&GP Designer

If you were referred to homeandgardenparty.com by a Home & Garden Party Designer, please choose the Designer during the checkout process. You can find your Designer using any of the following information: name, city, state, e-mail address or telephone number. Feel free to learn about some of the benefits of shopping with a Designer. 

Submitting your order

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Submit Order" button. After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation page with your order number. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail message containing the details of your order.
