Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of merchandise offered at homeandgardenparty.com, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund for your item or exchange your item for another one within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day period (from the date of online purchase), contact Customer Service at 1.800.515.5471.

All refunds will be credited using the payment method that was used for the original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable. Customers are responsible for fees associated with shipping the product back to Home & Garden Party.

Returns Instructions

Returning an item is easy. You can return the merchandise for a refund or replacement using a delivery service of your choice, such as the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc. Complete the Return Form that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for your return and the action to be taken, such as refund or replacement. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
